The word discipline has become a foreign word. The number one thing that slips into our lives is our health and fitness. We are sicker and fatter than ever, and the only one we can blame is ourselves.

We have to get our lives back and get back to normal. We need to sit down for a moment and really figure out what needs to be done to get us going in the right direction. We have become a weak country both physically and mentally. We will not push beyond what is necessary. We just do the bare minimum. We will not leave our comfort zone. If you really think about it. What is really easy without hard work?

One thing that can make us feel better is exercising and eating healthier. An exercise program will do wonders if you stick with it. So how do you stay with it? You do a little bit every day to build momentum. “That’s right, exercise a little every day.”

Before you make any excuses about having time to work out, let me stop there. I’m not talking about going to the gym. I’m not talking about buying any equipment. What you need you already have.

Introducing the bodyweight workout, the 640 Extreme Muscle Machine. And it’s all you’ll ever need. it’s your body. And 640 I mean the number of muscles in your body. Bodyweight training will give you the results you are looking for.

Using your own body weight will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. But just like anything else, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

The great thing about bodyweight training is that it only takes a few minutes a day. All it takes is a simple concept and hard work for guaranteed results. You have from 1 to 15 minutes a day, right? This will work for almost everyone. Choose an exercise, push-ups, sit-ups, step-ups, squats, etc.

Calculate how much time you can spend exercising daily. Some days you can have 5 minutes, maybe 15 minutes or some days you can only have 1 minute at a time. If you only have a minute, use it and exercise.

How can 1 minute of exercise do anything? First of all, have you ever tried doing 1 minute push-ups? What about bodyweight squats? When was the last time you did a 1 minute sprint? Now that one minute doesn’t sound so simple, does it?

So what happens if you do one minute of bodyweight exercises three times a day? Once in the morning, once at lunch, and one more minute before dinner. Is that possible? YES! Could you do 3 minutes tomorrow? And the next day? On the weekend, could you spare about 5 minutes on Saturday and Sunday?

So if you did a little bit of exercise for a minute 3 times a day and 10 minutes on the weekend, that’s 25 minutes a week. Can you do that? If you just did 25 pushups 3 times a day that’s 75 pushups, if you do this for 7 days that’s 525 pushups a week and 27,375 pushups a year! Just exercise 3 minutes a day. Pretty impressive.

Now, don’t you think that with exercise for 3 minutes these push-ups will become easier? You know they will. Just a little bit every day will continue to build on itself. You’ll get fitter, you’ll want to eat better, you’ll want to do more time when you can.

Give yourself 3 minutes a day and you will see how you progress. After a week you will be able to do 30 and so on. Simple but effective.
