If you have struggled with lower abs workouts and don’t know what to focus on, this article will show you the top 3 lower abs workouts that I really enjoy for MAXIMUM results.

After this article, you will be able to learn 3 lower abs workouts that you can do DAILY from the comfort of your home to get your six pack abs.

#1: Lateral Leg Raise

One of the best exercises for the lower abs is what I call the Side Leg Raise. Basically, this is how it’s done:

  • Lie on your back with both legs stretched out.
  • Put your hands to the sides
  • Rest your head on the ground.
  • Slowly raise your legs to a 45 degree angle from the floor.
  • Hold there for 5 seconds (this is CRUCIAL)
  • Then slowly lower them WITHOUT touching the ground.
  • Repeat for 10 cycles before resting your legs on the ground.

#2: Hanging Knee Raise

Now this lower abs workout sounds really dangerous, doesn’t it? Don’t worry, you don’t need to hang UP DOWN. You will be training both the muscles of the arms and the lower abdominals. Double effectiveness!

You’ll basically be hanging from the pull-up bar. This is how you do it:

  • Hold on tight to the pull-up bar.
  • Wear a glove if necessary
  • keep your body straight
  • Bend your knees and raise your legs toward your chest.
  • Make sure it is perpendicular to the ground. 90 degrees up.
  • Count to 5 seconds, then lower it.
  • Repeat for 10 cycles.

You will feel fantastic after doing this lower abs workout.

#3: Leg Circulation

Yes, it may sound cheesy but it is extremely effective if done right.

Proper way:

  • Lie down on the floor.
  • Put your hands behind your buttocks.
  • Raise your legs up, make sure that you create a right angle to the floor.
  • Move your legs in a circular motion while HIRING your abs

It is very important that you DO NOT skip that circular motion step. It’s what makes your lower abs really solid.

I hope these 3 Lower Abs Workouts are explained in a very simple step by step format.

Now, honestly, these are my best favorites to date and I’m sure you’ll achieve six pack abs if you’re disciplined enough. Whatever you do, don’t give up!

Warning: your lower abs will feel extremely sore after those cycles, but that’s only because it’s kicking in. You will feel good after seeing the results.

I’ve laid out for you the step-by-step necessary to get those ripped abs with these workouts. Just make sure you TAKE ACTION! NOW!
