Clipping path:
Clipping path is a term used in the graphics industry. It is done using Photoshop’s powerful pencil tool. The term crop means to cut any object from an element and Path means to crop an image. So clipping path means removing the selected objects from the background. The object can be moved to any other background while cropping.
In Clipping Path, the process of separating objects from their background is known as isolating, and the isolated parts of the image are placed on a new background. You can create another image or just remove the background and change its color. The clipping path is very useful for removing the background. You can do whatever you want by clipping the path in a variety of graphic edits. Image masking:

To make your images more attractive, you need to change the background of the images. With the image masking technique, you can extract the most complex images from your background. Give a perfect look to your images.
This technique is used primarily to prepare product catalogs. Any image can be extracted from another image source and cropped from its background. This technique is also very useful for display and promotional purposes. Also, this technique has become absolutely necessary for product and fashion photography to make photos more valuable to take in the world of glamor.
For that, you first have to open your image in Photoshop and go to the Layers Palette, and then click on the layer for which you want to create a mask. Double click on it if it will be “background layer”. That will make it an unlocked cape. Select it and click OK. Then select an area of the image that you want to display. Now choose a Brush tool, such as Brush or Pencil. Then click on the Mask Mode button. Photoshop will cover the unselected parts of the image.
Then select the area you want to show, the “Unmasked Area”, go to Layer, then Add Layer Mask, then Show Selection. If you selected the area you want to hide or remove, the “Masked Area”, go to Layer, then Add Layer Mask and Hide Selection. Then you have to save your work.
